Executor
Proposes the action. Holds no execution credentials.
A new world is switching on
World 1.0 was built by hands. World 2.0 was written in code. World 3.0 will be run by agents. And it will run on proof.
WORLD 3.0
The future belongs to those who can prove what their agents did. VAIOT 3.0 is built for that world.
VAIOT 3.0 in 30 seconds
One agent action. Checked against your rules, approved by a human, executed through the gate and sealed into proof anyone can verify.
VAIOT 3.0 — THE TRUST LAYER FOR THE AGENTIC ECONOMY
AI agents are about to run the world’s business — negotiating, ordering, paying. The one thing still missing is proof. VAIOT 3.0 checks every agent action against your rules, stops what crosses the line, and seals what passes into evidence anyone on Earth can verify. No trust in us required.
Built in Europe under the strictest AI law in the world. Designed for every agent, everywhere.

More than 150 million payments have already crossed agent payment rails — and that is before the real wave begins. Companies are handing AI agents genuine work: offers, orders, invoices, contracts. And every one of those actions raises the same unanswered question: who allowed this, and can you prove it?
Today the answer is a log file the company itself controls. Logs can be edited. Dashboards can be wrong. That is not proof — that is a promise. VAIOT calls this the Accountability Gap: the distance between what AI agents can do and what organisations can prove about it.
The agent economy stack
The agent economy is assembling in public, layer by layer. Payments are solved: the x402 standard lets agents pay in stablecoins over plain HTTP — governed since July 2026 by a Linux Foundation body with 40 members, including Visa, Mastercard, Google and AWS. Identity is being standardised: ERC-8004 and “Know Your Agent” give every agent a verifiable ID. BlackRock calls what comes next the machine-native economy.
Payments answer how agents pay. Identity answers who they are. VAIOT answers the question regulators, auditors and courts will actually ask: was it allowed — and can you prove it?
One layer of the stack is still being decided. We intend to own it.
An AI agent drafts the action: an offer, a document, a transaction. The draft is frozen into an exact, hashed revision. The agent holds no credentials to send anything.
Deterministic rules — your limits, your lists, your policies — evaluate the exact revision. Not a model guessing. Code, with versioned rules and explicit outcomes: satisfied, violated, unknown.
Anything outside the rules stops and waits for a human. The approver sees the exact document they approve — and the approval is bound to that revision. Change one word, and the approval dies.
Only the execution gateway holds the credentials, and it dispatches only the approved revision to the approved recipient. The agent cannot approve itself. Nothing goes around the gate.
Every step is sealed into a signed receipt — a Proof of Compliance — and its fingerprint is anchored on a public blockchain. Anyone can verify it. Forever.
A provider accepting a request, a message reaching its recipient and a customer accepting an offer are different events. The receipt states which one was observed — nothing more, nothing less.
A Proof of Compliance receipt binds together everything an auditor needs: the exact document hash, the recipient, the rule versions that were checked, who approved what, and the observed result — signed, and anchored on-chain.
Our public verifier checks each dimension separately — receipt integrity, trusted issuer, action binding, policy evidence, authority, execution evidence — and tells you exactly what the evidence supports: PASS, FAIL, INDETERMINATE or NOT_APPLICABLE. A receipt proves what was checked and authorised. It does not claim the underlying decision was commercially right — that honesty is exactly why it holds up.
The public verifier is live.
Paste a receipt — or try one of ours: a valid one, and one with a single byte changed. Watch the proof collapse.
Or create your own: run a governed action in the live demo →
Public samples use synthetic data. A public anchor is a commitment to the receipt — it never makes the underlying document public. Private evidence is shared only with authorised recipients.
MAGO — the Multi-Agent Governance Orchestrator at the core of VAIOT 3.0 — separates proposing, checking, deciding and enforcing — so no single component, human or AI, can do all four. Even a would-be rogue agent hits a wall of credentials it does not hold.
Proposes the action. Holds no execution credentials.
Evaluates versioned, deterministic rule packages.
Routes exceptions to authenticated human review.
Enforces hard limits and emergency stops. No model, approver or token vote can override it.
Reads an agent’s intent and maps it to the law, contracts and policies that apply — before the Validator checks the action.
Compiles written policies into signed, versioned rule packages. A model may propose a rule; only humans activate it.
A curated oracle network through which professional publishers deliver signed regulatory rule packages.
Your internal policies as signed, versioned rule packages.
“Live in reference demo” means running in our public demonstration on synthetic data — not yet a production deployment. We label the difference, because the difference matters.
The AI Act requires logs to be kept for at least six months. Internal logs can be deleted, edited, or quietly lost. A hash anchored on a public blockchain cannot. When a receipt’s fingerprint is on-chain, no one — including us — can rewrite history: not after six months, not after six years.
Regulators ask for six months. Blockchain gives you forever.
Who it is for
Banks, global enterprises, growing businesses and individuals will all hand real work to AI agents. Each of them faces the same question: was the agent allowed to do it, and can you prove it? VAIOT 3.0 is designed to answer it at every scale.
Designed to support record-keeping and human-oversight duties under the EU AI Act.
First reference workflow: a governed commercial offer, shown on synthetic data.
The Light package is designed for one supported workflow with defined integrations.
Private details stay private. Only a fingerprint of the receipt is anchored publicly.
Scenarios are illustrative and use synthetic data. Profiles marked “planned” are part of the roadmap and depend on implementation, integration and testing.
Agents negotiate and order within approved supplier lists, contract ceilings and review rules. Every purchase order carries its proof.
High-volume, low-value licence deals executed by agents, with rights data, terms and approvals bound into each receipt.
As agent-to-agent payments scale on open rails like x402, devices and services transact autonomously under fleet mandates — with duplicate protection, verifiable limits and proof for every transaction.
Illustrative application areas of the protocol under development. First reference workflow: a governed commercial offer. Payment-rail integrations are planned adapters, subject to implementation and testing.
VAI is the utility token of the VAIOT ecosystem. Within VAIOT 3.0 it is designed to meter and settle protocol services — proof generation, rule publication, oracle queries — to serve as collateral for professional network roles, and to participate in protocol-level governance.
A portion of protocol fees is designed to be permanently burned, linking supply dynamics to real network activity. Enterprises can pay in fiat; the protocol is designed to settle underneath — so utility does not depend on every customer touching a token. As agent commerce settles in stablecoins, the work of proving authority is designed to settle in VAI.
VAI is a utility token. It confers no ownership, profit or dividend rights. Nothing on this page is investment advice or a forecast of value.
Standards are not announced — they are demonstrated. Every episode ends the same way: with proof anyone can verify. That is how we intend to win: not with promises, with receipts.
One architecture, switched on element by element: first the gate and the proof, then the evidence you can browse, then the rules you can write, then the money, then the network.
Governed workflow, Proof of Compliance, public verifier, on-chain anchoring. One agent action, checked, approved, executed and proven — end to end.
The auditor portal: browse every governed action, inspect receipts layer by layer, export evidence bundles for review.
Your policies, written in plain language, compiled by NL2LC into signed, versioned rule packages — reviewed and activated by humans. LegalTorch™ 2.0 maps each agent’s intent to the rules that apply.
Governed payments under hard limits and human approval — fiat first, with the adapter for open agent-payment rails such as x402.
The curated oracle network: professional publishers deliver signed regulatory rule packages, and the protocol settles the work of proving authority.
Indicative dates; progress is gated by testing and security review, not by the calendar.
Every era of commerce chose its proof: the seal, the signature, the audit. The agentic economy will choose one too — and it will be chosen in the next few years, by whoever shows up with working evidence first. We have been preparing for this moment since before the AI boom.
